5 minute walk from gorgeous main square with lots of cafes, shops, breakfast places. Downstairs in the building there is a good looking Spanish tapas bar., was closed for Easter weekend. We'll try it next time!

The hotel is located in a building which houses a wellness centre where you can book a massage or sauna. It is best to book it on advance. You enter your room from a little patio, which might be nice in the summer. The location is perfect - very close to the historical centre, bars and restaurants, bus stops and a big parking lot. It was peaceful and quiet. The room looks better in reality than in the photos. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.

Great location, you can easily explore the town on foot.
The room was spacious and clean.
All the staff were polite and professional, they also spoke English.
Breakfast was good, though a bit of variety wouldn't hurt between days.

Lovely historic town, super Xmas markets - better than Prague. Loads of great bars and several superb microbreweries as well as the world famous Budvar brewery which is well worth a tour.
Great parks and loads of easy walking around the town make it a pleasure to visit.
Good transport links and nearby Cesky Krumlov is a must see.

For a Czech city it was surprisingly uninspiring, the old town is beautiful and it's easy to get around. There is no castle or other major attraction. There's a brewery which proved to be very interesting.

Besides having a beautiful city centre and plenty of good cafes and restaurants and shops, the city is convenient as a hub from which to visit nearby towns in South Bohemia such as Ceske Krumlov, and to link with hiking and bicycle trails.
The Regional Museum is also well worth spending a few hours in.
One thing that online Maps fail to advise, is that Ceske Budejovice has a comprehensive bus network, that is inexpensive.
Overall the people seem happy and friendly to tourists.

Small, less touristy town. Nice town along the river.
Small, less touristy town. Nice town along the river. Has some nice parks and large town square. Not as cute as some other Czech towns but is home to the original Budweiser. Do the tour to learn all about the beer and taste it. The Hluboka Castle is 30 minutes north of the city. If you have time rent a car or use the public transport (bus or train) to go see it. It’s a beautiful, Winchester palace inspired castle. Large ground territory and free to explore. You can pay to do tours inside the castle but walking outside the castle is already worth the visit.

It's not a flashy city.
It's not a flashy city. The vibe was more a working city, not really on the tourist route, but it has a nice, quiet quality. The Old City Center is small and very walkable, though not as big and famous as Český Krumlov - and also not as expensive. It makes a nice stopover between Linz and Prague, with a visit to Český Krumlov in between.

The apartments are brand new and clean. Doors have modern door locks with a touchscreen keyboard for entering the keycode, which is convenient for rooms with multiple guests and eliminates the need for key sharing. The location is very close to the city center, but it is very peaceful because the apartments are opposite the streets. The hotel has its own restaurant and bowling alley. We paid an extra 5 euros per day for parking because we traveled by car, which is reasonable.
The room was clean and very spacious. We had a room at the back, so it was quiet. Staff were helpful. Close, walkable distance to shopping and buses and train station. Breakfast was well presented, with a good choice of cereal, cold meats, salad, pastries, eggs, different breads, fruit, and sausages. Good for families. There are lots of fantastic places to eat at close by, and the Lido is a short walk away, too. Ceske Budejovice is a great city to stay in.
As the name says it is a really beautiful and comfortable hotel with ok breakfast (day fresh bread would be a great addition). Balcony, nice bathroom with a roof window. Very central location. Parking available in next yard (for a fee). Very helpful guy in the reception.
We are very happy with our choice and will love to return. We also had an excellent meal and service in their restaurant.
Very clear and spacy apartment close to Ceske Budejovice center, with a unique, cozy atmosphere, with modern equipments and lots of pleasant details which help to make feel like being in an excellent home. And all this for a rather reasonable price.
The host, Michal, is a very kind, attentive and helpful person, who speaks excellent in English. Even he brought us some welcome drinks.
The hotel is right on the edge of the old town, very accessible to the old town, but not to much else. It's a 20 minute walk from the train station, which was a bit much with suitcases over cobbled streets. I had a corner room on the thrid floor, very spacious, with closets, safe, kettle, desk and so on. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good.
Breakfast was orfered beforehand from a menu and it was waiting for you. The menu itself was limited but had a decent selection.
The main hotel room was good and tidy, bathroom on the other hand could have used some work.
In general it's a bit rustic but decent enough, you'll be satisfied if you don't put your expectations too high.
We had a perfect corner room on the 16th floor with a stunning view, so we loved the panorama! On foot, the city center is about 15 minutes walk.
Breakfast was outstanding with many choices. Parking was included, big open -air parking place only for guests.
A big plus: hotel is dog-friendly, so we could bring our poodle.
This property is in the beautiful centre of České Budejovice close to many restaurants and bars. We enjoyed a delicious meal at Masné krámy. The room was spacious and full of character. We traveled with a baby and a nice, clean baby cot was provided upon request and there was still a lot of space in the room.
The apartment is located on the perfect place close to main train and bus station and also close to city center. Apartment was clean and beautiful decorated. The bed was so comfy. When I would like to go back to Ceske Budejovice, I will deffinitelly choose the same apartment.
The room was very big and comfortable. The hotel was located very close to the city and also to the train station. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty although they do not offer a lot of options.
Hotel was wonderful. The staff was very nice. Everything was clean. They gave us free parking for our stay. Location is a five minute walk from the city center. We enjoyed our stay. I other words it was beautiful!!
Lovely hotel very high quality throughout,in the nicest location in budejovice. Excellent breakfast and great coffee. The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming, can definitely recommend staying here.
