Wonderful staff, and we could check in many hours before original check in time. Apartment was new and fresh, and well equipt. Housekeeping every day, and change of bed every third day. If we had any issues or question, the fantastic staff fixed it within minutes. A big shout out to Taira in the reception, always a ray of sunshine and a big smile. 3 big shoppingcenters in walking distance, and bus stop right outside the door. Many restaurants nearby, and a Carrefour express just around the corner. On lazy days, we had food delivered by just eat, without any problems. Great apartment for self household. Will gladly stay here again if we come back to Valencia.

The property is perfectly located. If you want to be in the heart of the old city, with all of the bars, restaurants, shops and main squares super close- this is the right property for you! I absolutely loved the location. I was on on the first floor and no noise was heard in the property (double glazed windows). Common parts are very modern and clean, lift starts from the ground level. The apartment is amazing as well, very comfortable, very modern and super clean. It looks much nicer then on the photos. Friendly and helpful host.

Everything! The perfect location! Just in the center. The small details in the apartment were just perfect for me, it's the toiletry kit in the shower, I always have my stuff with me, but I run out, and for a nice surprise there was Everything I needed. I'm not talking just about cotton buds. There is a toothbrush and past, even a hairbrush, plus to all the vanity kit. Apartment fully equipped with kitchen equipment. TV in salon and in the bedroom as well. Everything is very clean. Very recommended

It was very nice stay for our family. We got big room plenty of space to relax. The room was tidy and clean. They do provide small kitchen where you can do some little cook. The place is not far from the old town. You can walk to there along with the shopping area. Also there's a green tram line right to the place where we can take it to the city of arts and sciences easily. Definitely recommend.

It's not in the middle of any highly significant sights so it's quiet at night. There are bars, cafes and restaurants in the surrounding streets which are not packed with tourists, a win in my view. There's a bike rental place on the corner 50mt from the door, which is the best way to get to all the sights.

Shower ans bathroom super modern and functional. Kitchen well equipped. There is an excellent restaurant just in front of the flat. Close to metro, close to Turia's park and bikes rentals. Convenient location to go to Palacio de los Congresos, where I had to commute for a conference.Anna LiaSolo traveler

Also in a great location, very central to everything. They were really communicative and helpful too in letting us leave our luggage at the property until we were sue to leave on that evening. Would definitely visit again …thank you
